Stamp clubs in New York State and surrounding states/provinces are welcome to join the Federation.

Regular Membership: Clubs must have a minimum of 5 adult members and meet regularly at least 4 times a year. Dues are based on the club's membership size: 5-50 members- $10 per year; 51+ members- $15 per year.
