Article 3 of our Constitution gives details of how clubs, individuals and businesses can join the Federation. See that Article (click here) for specifics elsewhere on this site.

Regular Membership: Open to stamp clubs throughout New York as well as clubs within 100 miles of the state border in the U.S. and Canada. Clubs must have a minimum of 5 adult members and meet regularly at least 4 times a year. Dues are based on the club's membership size: 5-50 members- $10 per year; 51+ members- $15 per year.

Associate Membership: Any individual regardless of location may join in this classification for $15 per year.

Sustaining Membership: Any business or non-business regardless of location may join in this classification for $500 per year.
